How We Help People Living with Brain Change

How We Help People Living with Brain Change
People living with brain change, such as those with Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of dementia, are first and foremost individuals who deserve respect, dignity, and support. Neurocognitive diseases can be very challenging, but it does not define a person or diminish their worth.
The Support Network offers various ways to support people living with brain change. The Club Room, Kindred Spirits, and Volunteer Opportunities provide opportunities for individuals to connect with others who may be going through similar experiences and form meaningful relationships. Engaging in planned outings with others is also an excellent way to keep individuals engaged with their communities and maintain a sense of belonging.
It's important to remember that people living with brain change are still valuable members of society who have unique experiences, interests, and perspectives. They deserve to be treated with kindness and  compassion.
