About Us

Alzheimer’s Support Network, Inc. is a non-profit serving families affected by Alzheimer’s in Collier County, Florida. We serve over 5,600 families with support groups, educational training, personal counseling, professional referral services, and therapeutic experiences.
Our Mission

is to make the lives of care partners easier and enrich the lives of those living with Alzheimer’s. The Alzheimer’s Support Network provides guidance throughout the entire disease process.

Always Free of Charge

The Alzheimer’s Support Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving the thousands of families dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and other neruocognitive diseases in Collier County, Florida and beyond. Thanks to private donations and our corporate sponsors, all services are provided free of charge to everyone.

Care Guides

Our dedicated team of Care Guides (Family Consultants) is committed to providing comprehensive support for both families and professionals navigating the wide range of challenges related to Alzheimer's disease. Whether it's crafting personalized solutions, locating and assessing resources, or developing plans of care, our team stands ready to assist you every step of the way.

30+ Support Groups

We offer more than 30 meetings a month from general discussions to specialized groups, such as our adult children group and grief through the journey. We are committed to serving you no matter where you are and therefore the vast majority of our meetings are hybrid (meaning you can attend in person or join online via Zoom). 

Education / Advocacy

The Alzheimer's Support Network regularly hosts educational meetings with both local and national experts. This includes monthly lecture sessions, speaker conferences and more. In addition, we are fierce advocates for people living with Alzheimer's, Lewy Body, Vascular, Frontotemporal and other forms of brain change.
